Hi I’m Renee Fox

I am an Honours student after recently graduating Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science and Bachelor of Business Sports Management at Deakin University, Burwood. Leadership can be defined in a variety of ways, depending on who you ask you will get a different answer. Some of the important qualities I possess as a leader include; empathy, communication, teamwork, influence, integrity, and time management. All of these are illustrated and explored further throughout this portfolio in support of my candidature for the Deakin Hallmark for Excellence in Leadership. My portfolio highlights a selection of experiences including; Deakin Dragons swimming team manager, volunteer roles, elite-level swimming, and my own podcast.
